Jamie Reisinger - Strength and Agility Trainer
Jamie earned her Bachelors Degree of Science at Salisbury University where she specialized in Exercise Science. In the two years after she graduated, Jamie completed studies to earn certifications as a Personal Trainer through NSPA and AFAA, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, and Senior Fitness Specialist through AFPA.
Jamie's personal experience as an athlete on the Track & Field teams at Mount de Sales Academy and Salisbury University have been the inspiration for her love of helping athletes attain the proper basics such as balance, speed, and power. She is currently putting her knowledge to use as the Strength & Conditioning coach as well as the Sprint/Hurdle Coach at Mount de Sales. Jamie is also the personal trainer at a local gym and the Fitness and Nutrition Consultant for her Father's medical practice in Catonsville, MD.
Jamie is looking foward to working with Coach Albert on developing and improving the skills needed to transform the soccer players into athletes and the athletes into soccer players. By the time she's finished with you, she promises that you will know the anatomical name for every major muscle group that will be sore from her intense workouts but also know how to put them to use in the most effective way to be the best player on the field.
